Four Rivers RC&D Area, Inc. serves as an umbrella agency for many citizen-led committees working to improve the quality of life in southwest Indiana. Our mission is to: "Empower the people of the Four Rivers RC&D Area in the wise enhancement of economic, cultural, and natural resources to improve their quality of life."

Four Rivers RC&D Area, Inc. serves the people of: Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Greene, Knox, Martin, Pike, Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties in southwest Indiana.

Executive Board |

|
The activities of Four Rivers RC&D are guided by a four-member volunteer Executive Board:

Jeffrey Ford, Vice President
Michael Watson, Secretary
Paul Lake, Treasurer

RC&D Council |
|
|
|
Each member county has at least one representative to the volunteer RC&D Council. Many of the Council members are County Commissioners, members of County Council, Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) supervisors, or have other leadership positions in their respective counties. The Four Rivers RC&D Council for 2009:
