On January 5, 2004 at a meeting of the Indiana League, in conjunction with the IASWCD conference, Marshall Nuckolls was recognized for his many years of service to the League and the citizens of Indiana. The plaque- in the shape of the state, and made of Tulip Poplar- the state tree- recognized Mr. Nuckolls for serving as secretary, treasurer, vice-president and president of the League over the past twenty years. The second honoree, John McCall, was unable to attend because of his health, but we hope to recognize him at the Four Rivers Annual Meeting in February.
